Designed and built by Psycho Brew and Chris Breimayer of Benton Michigan. This 1 barrel system is a state of the art direct fired nano-brewery system. This system utilizes Love electronic controllers to keep the automated LP burners maintaining mash and water temperatures within .025 degrees of their set points, March High temperature pumps and an inline water heater for mashing in and sparging without having to heat 30 gallons of watter in a single kettle. We will also be utilizing 3 HDP manual bottlers to bottle 22oz. and 12 oz bottles and utilize an automated bottle washer and a manual keg washer. We are looking for a permanent location to house the Brewery with access to all public utilities yet maintain the atmosphere.
